IPQmedia Arseniy Volosevich provides marketing and advertising services to businesses in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors. This includes done-for-you advertising services and access to marketing tools via sub-accounts on the GoHighLevel platform.
We create and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts for our clients. Access to these tools is provided as part of your paid subscription with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account.
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize IPQmedia Arseniy Volosevich to charge your preferred payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. IPQmedia Arseniy Volosevich reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of our services.
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:
-Sending spam or unsolicited messages
-Violating any laws or regulations
-Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
All content and materials on our site and in our services, excluding client-owned assets, are the property of IPQmedia Arseniy Volosevich or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPQmedia Arseniy Volosevich disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our services are intended for businesses located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not represent that our services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
